Partners
Celf brings together three physicians who share more than a professional bond. Dr. Luiz Fernando Rocha de Abreu (Urologist), Dra. Elaine Miwa Watanabe (Otorhinolaryngologist), and I all graduated together from the Faculdade de Medicina de Botucatu — UNESP in 1999. More than that, our connection goes back to 1994, when we first met as medical students — making this a collegial relationship spanning over 30 years.
Dr. Luiz Fernando Rocha de Abreu is a Urologist and the founding partner of Celf, serving as Technical Director since the company’s inception. He has led the organization’s clinical operations for over a decade.
Dra. Elaine Miwa Watanabe is a Brazilian otorhinolaryngologist with clinical, academic, and scientific expertise in audiology, otoneurology, and auditory perception disorders — with particular focus on tinnitus, misophonia, and hyperacusis. She holds a doctorate in Otorhinolaryngology from the University of São Paulo (USP) and is a recognized author and researcher in her field.
