Over time, the initiative evolved into one of the largest online communities dedicated to professional exchange between the two countries in the fields of healthcare, education, and development, reaching thousands of professionals and visitors from dozens of countries.

Founded in 2023, My Brazilian Doctor is a telemedicine service dedicated to providing medical care in English for international visitors, expatriates, digital nomads, and travellers in Brazil.
The initiative combines clinical practice, digital health, international healthcare experience, and healthcare innovation to improve access to medical care across geographical and language barriers.
Celf Serviços Médicos
Celf Serviços Médicos Ltda is a Brazilian medical services company based in São Paulo, established in September 2011. I joined the company as a partner in May 2021, alongside long-standing colleagues from medical school — Dr. Luiz Fernando Rocha de Abreu (Urologist) and Dra. Elaine Miwa Watanabe (Otorhinolaryngologist) — all graduates of the Faculdade de Medicina de Botucatu, UNESP, 1999.
My involvement reflects a shared interest in compliant, technology-enabled medical service delivery, with a particular contribution in telemedicine and digital health.
